Welcome to the Girvan Cycle Race web site. The race ran from 1968 until 2009 and this site is a record of the event containing race information, results, reports and photographs. We hope you enjoy reviewing the history of 'The Girvan', widely regarded as one of the most prestigious events on the British cycling calendar.

In 2010 the race relocated to Dumfries & Galloway where it is now run as the the Tour Doon Hame. Visit the Tour DoonHame website for further information.
